Tridonic is the Zumtobel Group’s technology provider, at the forefront of the lighting controls industry. Join us as our new Customer Support Engineer for the CEE region as we look to grow the technical capabilities of our teams. In a role that is all about customer satisfaction, you will support sales teams with aftersales support and technical consulting for all Tridonic products.
Responsibilities
Provide advice to customer or employee for technical questions or complaints. Analysing product failures and active proposal of the optimal solutions. Acting as independent solution-oriented service interface between customer/sales and internal departments. In the event of complaints, you prepare reports based on the analysis results, taking commercial aspects into account and provide experienced support to customers. To improve product quality and product documentation and to avoid failures in the field, you work closely with internal departments and identify sustainable product improvements. You contribute to digitalization projects for systems used in your area of responsibility (SAP, SAP-CRM, ticket system, etc.).
Skills & Experience
Your foundation is a technical education in electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, lighting or a similar field. You enjoy communicating with our customers and inspiring them with your customer orientation and service mindset – you like communicating by phone, internationally, and across different cultures. You can communicate fluently in English (spoken and written), other languages are advantage. You impress us with relevant professional experience and success in technical support or product development for electrical components; laboratory experience is an advantage. You have an independent and responsible working style and like to take initiative. If you can also work well under pressure, then you have the ideal combination for this role: a “solution-oriented tinkerer & service-minded office person.”
